We have decided that we are not going to participate in this recession, but in deference to Michelle Obama, we are going to put in a Michelle Obama Recession garden.  We sure are getting our share of rain this year, we have some crops in but that garden is getting low on the priority list.  If you are looking for garden pointers then keep coming  back until Dick puts his favorite garden tilling tractor to work.  Our webmaster is telling us that in Kansas City recession gardens are popping up in vacant lots everywhere as people are trying to make Dollars from Dirt.  We found a couple of links below that will save you some green when you order your seeds.

 Dollars from Dirt On Ebay

John is busy with deliveries and the phone and emails keep us pretty busy.  We continue to add tractors to our inventory and just listed a few nice restored Farmall Tractors on the Farmall page, and updated several pages with sales,  Just listed a John Deere wagon on Ebay and have a couple more odd items that we will be listing soon.  Plows are pretty hot right now, I am guessing that more of you are wanting to put those tractors to work more than ever.   We also just listed  a very nice Furgerson Anniversary T035 that turned out very nice and a John Deere Model 66 plow that is in very good condition. Tractor covers sold well for Christmas presents and we have had a few additional orders from friends and relatives that didn't get covers.

 Our Current Ebay Auctions !!

Our tractor covers are hand made for Chat's Tractors locally by a good friend so you get good quality and the satisfaction that your purchase is helping a local business.  We have had several repeat orders for covers, and we think that you will be pleased with the quality.

We restored an Allis D-15 recently and have a video with before, during, and after pictures.  You will need a high speed connection to view it but it might help give some insight into our business.  We just finished a second D15 Series II and you will find it on our Allis Chalmers page.

Still looking for another Super MTA Diesel to restore, we like to always have  a couple on hand and we are down to just one.  There is a backlog of work to be done before we can even think about getting out in the fields again but we have one eye on the almanac.  Look for some new videos, my web guy wants me to get some more taken and we will soon.   We did put out a page with several videos and we will try and add more.

Also check out the video of the wide front Super MTA Diesel on the Farmall page.  This video was taken earlier in the year but it gives you a detailed listing of the updates we performed on this restoration.

We  shipped our first tractor to Belgium in December and continue to get inquiries from overseas.  We can get tractors to a facility where they are put into containers and look forward to selling additional tractors overseas.

Owning a finely restored tractor rekindles the memories of the people that worked on those machines during the 50's and 60's.  Browse through our website and enjoy the sites and sounds of these old tractors, and rekindle a memory or two.

We also have a few painted buckboard style wagons that make good seasonal outside displays.  A few of the folks that have purchased them say they really attract city folks to come by for a closer look.

Watch our Tractor Video "Farming in the 50's" in which we highlight several of our tractors displayed with period equipment.   We got the video camera out again, watch the video of our 3 unusual prototype tractors:

" 3 tractors that were never made "

Just click the link to the left to see our current Ebay tractor auctions.  Bob is selling his favorite Ford Truck and we added it to the Truck page.  It is a one owner F350 Supercab Dually with towing package.

We have added some parts that we normally have overstocked on the Allis And the Farmall page.  It will take us a few weeks to get them all added so bear with us as we work through the kinks.

We have a few unrestored Farmall tractors that we have taken on trade that will likely not be listed on the web site so drop us an email if you are looking for a good winter project tractor.

We are too busy to do our own hauling but John has hauled several tractors for us this year.  He also hauls cars, boats, tractor tires and weights so visit his website at www.haulingtractors.com and send him an email for a quote.

The tractors that you see on this site may be 50+ years old but they are in working condition and we take them out once in a while to work the ground.  Some of the tractors that we have are rotated around our farm to plow, disk and mow.   We currently have over 50 tractors in inventory, we think we have one of the finest selections around.

We not only sell restored tractors but also keep several fine un-restored tractors for the person that would rather perform their own restoration.

Many of these tractors are never posted on the web site. We can also post video of any tractor listed but you will need a fast connection and it takes at least 7 days for us to get the video on the web site.

If you buy from us we want you to be satisfied and we gladly will provide you with a list of customers that have purchased one or more of our fine tractors. We also have several pages with pictures of tractors that we have sold, click Sold Tractors.  Check it out, we get emails every week from folks that recognize a friend or old acquaintance that has purchased a tractor from us.  When you see a tractor that you like on the next page be sure and click on the tractor picture to see additional images.

We can't get every tractor that we have in inventory on the web site so if you don't see what you want, just send us an email and we will let you know if we have it.   In many cases we can also locate specific models so give a call if you don't see the tractor that you want.

Thank you again for visiting our site.
